Therefore, the new coach must provide different treatment for his new club. Most likely, Flick will have to maximize the available players, including young La Masia players. So, this will provide a big challenge for Flick to formulate tactics and systems for his new team squad. Nevertheless, at least Barcelona has chosen the right coach even though they are pressured by unhealthy financial conditions. Moreover, Flick has to formulate everything if he can't get some of the newcomers he is targeting.
