In case of improvement?
Who's doing the 100 push-ups in about 10-15 min or who is doing it in about a few parts of a full day in in what kind of sets?
Very small sets or challenging yourself into larger sets?
There was a time when I could do 100 push-ups in 10 minutes in two sets of two reps. But due to my illness, I take a longer time than 10–15 minutes to complete my 100 push-ups. I lost some weight, which reduced my stamina to last longer in my push-up. I am trying so hard to gain back my weight. I used to have enough rest in each of my sets so that I would have enough strength to do 40 push-ups in a set, which would help me gain back my weight faster.
