Sadly, Brazilian board still the on the "top" smaller merit/post ratio.

Yep, Portuguese board has been consistently among the lowest when it comes to merit/post ratio, bascially ever since I am making this overview. With that being said, do you have any active merit source application?
I don't think so.
I would certainly indicate rdluffy, Disruptivas and sabotag3x to apply for merit source.
