Keeping the body fit is very important and very necessary but nowadays most people see it as stress though sometimes it can be stressful but you are doing it for your self and to have good health, exercise help one's body to be polite , free and it is therapeutic in nature. Most of the sicknesses we are seeing in the country is lack of exercise. For me not to miss count when doing push up i always draw a box somewhere and I usually keep someone that will be counting and motivating me to do a little bit that am suppose to do, so whenever I am done with the first round I tick the first box till am done ticking all the whole boxes. I usually do 50 very early in the morning before going to shower and same in the evening before shower. Just try this one week and see your body structure or shape.
I noticed vapourminer is not on the list always made by dirtykeyboard, I will love you to always post your report so you can be on the list because you have been part of this wonderful challenge for long and you have also been supportive, I saw your name in the list the early stage of this challenge and till now I have been wondering why you don't post your report anymore so dirtykeyboard can add it on the list again.
