Most of the people in our society are always depressed about something, in this case what kind of activities do you do when you are depressed??
I used to hang out with my friends, listen to music or sing, watching movies or anime, playing online games together with my friends.
I know I am lucky enough to have friends who would be there when I need them the most, they were around me and support me when I was depressed.
But the best one for me is talking, letting out your feelings would lessen the heavy feelings that you have.
Sometimes it is not about advices but just an ear that is ready to listen would really help alot.
