What about one on cases of lost access to account whether through an hack or the later. There's no thread where we can lay our complain or need of assistance except appealing by creating a thread and bumping or sending an email.
I sent an email and created a thread about forgotten password and haven't received any response since.

They have probably read your message after all that long. The response is usually within one week of writing to them. The problem is your situation is very tricky and things could get ugly at any time. By them not responding to you, they are simply saying "No, we can not help you"
Imagine someone malicious claims that they no longer have access to an email address to my account and therefore want my account recovered using a new email address. If the recovery team promptly accepts the request, then my account is officially stolen/hacked with the help of admins.
The reason they want you to write to using the original email address is to ascertain that indeed you are the person who created the account.
