If you see Enzo Maresca (44) as not a young and dynamic manager then I understand.
But I think he shouldn't be considered as an old manager where Xabi Alonso (42) is also considered as a young manager.I see managers at the age of over 50 as old ones. For example Conte (54) would have been like that if Chelsea contacted him. Anyways, Fabrizio Romano has already announced the agreement between Chelsea and Enzo Maresca.
