They have shown good workings, or is Guardiola just the lucky charm. We saw what happened between Pep and Arteta in this season premiere league but nevertheless Pep proved why he still remains the boss in the business.

In respect to the decision of Chelsea as a club, accepting Maresca as the coach, hope he does better than the former or his stay won't be quite long. With the stay of Pochettino, Chelsea are supposedly to win the Conference league and go far in the Premier League, considering they took Maresca as a better replacement we expect him to win the trophies and send Chelsea back to the Champions league. A lot is on him, he should do what seems right for him, whatever quality of players he needs to help him succeed in his regime.
It is fortunate that Chelsea chose Enzo Maresca as its new coach because I see positive developments in the future so that Enzo Maresca wants to show that he is worthy of managing this club. And it is not surprising that several coaches who have worked with Pep Guardiola have good qualities and are disciplined in educating their players. I hope Enzo Maresca is able to meet these expectations. There is nothing wrong with challenging Enzo Maresca, but once again we need to remember that Chelsea is in the hands of Todd Boehly who is always impatient with the process and in the end we cannot be sure whether Enzo Maresca will also receive the same treatment as Pochettino received.

Can you lay down what makes Chelsea fortunate to have Maresca as a coach?it's because im having curiosity about that. At the very least, what is his most notable accomplishment in the his career before join in chelsea? Only because he has ever worked with Guardiola. It does not mean he can follow Guardiola's blueprint and there's no guarantee for that thing to happen. It is too early to conclude that he is good coach. How can we call a caoch that has no track record as a good coach?
He rarely coached the club for an entire season. Chelsea's decision to sign him as a long-term contract is pure gamble. He will be fired in the middle of the season. I see no reason to keep him for the long run.

He was also creating a great surprise by chasing unproven players from tiny clubs. Todd Boehly is a dictatorial owner. He wants his employee to follow any of his commands. So, Maresca most likely agreed to the agreement not to complain about any management decisions.
Even so, many Chelsea fans predicted he would leave in the middle of the season. How can Chelsea be so fortunate to have him as a new coach?
