I have noticed a trend that now coaches who have ever worked with Guardiola are highly valued (Kompany - Bayern, Maresca - Chelsea), and if the first one is quite young and has not yet proven his skills with impressive results, then Maresca was able to win the Championship, which looks very earnestly. He is already discussing summer transfers with the management, for now it is reported that he wants to buy a goalkeeper and a defender.
Guardiola is a very talented coach and any one thag trained under him will surely have gained a lot of knowledge from him, Arteta, Maresca, kompany are one of the managers that have worked with him and they must have learned some BBB few things while working under him so i am not surprised when they start exhibiting some talent. Arteta have shown the world that working with Guardiola was worth it and now is leading Arsenal to one of their best seasons ever, no trophies won yet but i believe soon they will win something.
Chelsea’s choice of coach is really good i just hope they will be patient enough with him if things doesn’t work out soon enough.
If you look at some of the people who have worked with Pep, they are quite successful now, so it is also the case for Enzo Maresca and last season he also showed his qualities as a good coach so he was recruited by Chelsea.
But Chelsea also have to be patient for Enzo Maresca to be able to build this team because it won't be easy, everything needs a process and time, especially since Chelsea has fallen so badly that I don't think there is anything that can be done quickly to revive Chelsea's performance.
If Chelsea's management continues as it is currently, which requires changing managers who are waiting for them to proceed, I am quite pessimistic that Chelsea will be able to recover.
