I have noticed a trend that now coaches who have ever worked with Guardiola are highly valued (Kompany - Bayern, Maresca - Chelsea), and if the first one is quite young and has not yet proven his skills with impressive results, then Maresca was able to win the Championship, which looks very earnestly. He is already discussing summer transfers with the management, for now it is reported that he wants to buy a goalkeeper and a defender.
Good example would be Xavi Hernandez, played under Pep Guardiola for Barcelona. Erik Ten Hag who worked with him during them days at Bayern Munich. Mikel Arteta who was also assistant manager with Pep Guardiola. Enzo Maresca who I never knew until I did my findings when he was appointed head coach. Vincent Kompany I'd say No! They never did work together but played under Josep Pep Guardiola during his last few seasons with Manchester City.
He was responsible for referring and recommending Vincent Kompany for Bayern Munich, but we gone see what he brings into that Bayern Munich side next season. I'm still not convinced he is tactically sound as Xabi Alonso.
All these coaches have one or the other way worked with the best ( Pep Guardiola ) do I could see them thriving and doing fine.
Barcelona just finalized everything with Hansi Flick, I can proudly say they're in safe hands now. They should compete for the La Liga Competition and Champions League. Has he apologized for flogging them 8___2 with Bayern Munich though?
