Maybe you are right into your theory but with this all we need to understand it also needed some good skills which will bring better results, and we are having all from them as Arteta doing at the Arsenal and now Chelsea having gamble on Enzo Maresca with Kompany never works with Guardiola as assistant but have time as player which is another thing but success of Mikel Arteta and Xabi Alonso surely bring better view about the new generation coaches which are going to rule this soccer world in coming years.
