Will there be? It is quite likely that Manchester United with the way they are playing now will struggle for the top 6 at all, a top four is out of the question. The management are still thinking about whether to sack him. I honestly don't understand why they are thinking - one trophy per season is not an indicator and everyone has already seen what Ten Hag can do at the helm of MU. Coaches need to be changed sooner or later anyway, I think Ten Hag's time has come
The English Premier League is tougher than we all anticipated it to be and there's more to accomplish with the current form of Manchester United. The headcoach of Manchester United, Erik Ten Hag should know exactly what he wants and he's doing quite an excellent job in Old Trafford. He's always delivering his club when they do need him. This is football and we can never predict them because everything always go outside our plans. There's more to football than mere playing on the field, we have the trophies section which is demanding.
I personally don't think about the FA Cup trophy but at least, I still appreciate Erik ten Hag's efforts which still succeeded in getting Manchester United a Europa League ticket. Although it is true, compared to the previous season, Manchester United experienced a decline in performance, however, the decline experienced by Manchester United also did not make Manchester United fall to the bottom of the standings. After all, because Manchester United is still able to compete at least in the top eight, at least it is still fine. But indeed, if they hope for better and more consistent results then changing coaches is indeed a good choice. But still, changing coaches will not enable Manchester United to become strong in the top four quickly, because of course the new coach also needs time to produce good results.
