Hey guys, no words in quite a long time and I hope everyone around here is doing well.

I am still trying to figure out how this Counter Strike stuff works. I came across this overview and don't know why sometimes there are two boxes under qualified and sometimes there is one box. Anyone can explain that for a dumb guy like me?
