How on earth would you use an email that isn't in your custody for an account on BTT? What was he thinking?.. Secondly, has he not linked any of his phone numbers to the email? That's a very easy recovery path as they'd send an OTP through his phone numbers for validation.
You just gotta wait for the admins to make their decisions. Maybe you can send PMs through to them for more visibility..

I thought IP address could be used as well as signing a message which I guess I have ticked.
