Pep Guardiola has dominated football so much because of his style of football and the truth is that the young managers who learnt from him has every tendency of succeeding in football as managers so that's why they're getting job offers from the best teams in the world. For instance, Mikel Arteta learnt from Guardiola when he was his assistant manager at Manchester United and after few years, Arsenal signed him to come and improve their performances and also make the club competitive again. Arteta arrived Arsenal as a young manager who's yet to manage a club's top team in his managerial career but because he learnt from Guardiola, he's been Manchester City's strongest contender in the league for the past two seasons.
Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso learnt from Guardiola though for not too long, recently signed Chelsea manager did work with him in the past and Bayern Munich's latest manager Vincent Kompany also learnt from him and it's believed that they'll all become future great managers
Pep Guardiola is one of smart managers in history, he knows how to build a team. We don't forget that Guardiola builds tiki-taka in Barcelona, he started from 3 central players (Xavi-Iniesta-Messi). It is also done by him in Bayern Munich and Man City, he knows how to choose the right players for the squad. But he is quite lucky because he always becomes the manager in a big team that has no problem with the financial. Even when Pep Guardiola in Barcelona, it was when Barcelona still didn't experience a crisis. With full supports from the club management, Pep Guardiola can buy any player he wants. So, he won't get difficulty in building a team with proper players.

Yes, some young managers learn from Pep Guardiola. Even the play style can be a bit same with Guardiola. I think it is no problem as long as it is not 100% similar, each manager must have their own style. It is a proud for Guardiola that he can be the role model for the new generation of football managers. However, not only Guardiola is the successful manager in this era. We don't forget that we also have Ancelotti who already won many trophies in many teams in Europe. He also deserves to be the role model (inspiration) of the new managers.
