There are a lot of platforms that show real-time movement of stocks or other assets as well. How does yours compare to others? I’m much interested in what features can your project offer investors? They should be unique enough because you want to stand out amongst many other platforms.

Thanks for your question

Well, I dig this topic over last few years, and here what is found to the moment, to begin with, First:

  • There is actually NO any "standard" methodology to calculate such "indexes" over the world
  • It means, that every and each indexes, even world-most-know, like S&P500, or DJ - have their authors behind
  • Every large stock exchange have usually their own methods, most a similar, but not every
  • All the indexes have to be adjusted every month, or quater, or year; depends on math
  • It is often that adjastment and correcments, or even key-factors in methods relys on... authors opinion, not math

Let's keep this in mind all the time then.

Second. By "fin-index" products, people and platforms might mean a lot of different things. Mostly and usually they mean "Graph with digits and stock prices in some way sorted, in time". But going deeper, "fin-index-product" it is have to be something more than that, due to current technologies, every 9-year old child with ChatGPT and minimum python experience can publish that kind of indexes. Or every user can just create their owns on platforms like yahoo.finance or similars.

So you have to always be sure in details, what you are talking about, whenever u mention somekind of indexes.

Common commercial fin-index products might (or might not) include: (a) news-about-companies facilitations, (b) calculations/comparisons stock-prices-vs-macro-audit-prices, (c) could be set up monitoring systems on the not only share-prices, but for example commodities-of-companies-enlisted prices, (d) could be additional manual-analysts reports with opinions on dynamics for each company / or industry itself / or groups of companies, .... etc etc etc. Every time it is different thing.

Third, and actually how our index differs. To cut it short answer will be: "A lot of differences, but to say precisely need to know comparison to what type/particular index?".

We have, behind digits and graph with prices:

  • Calendar of public reports, of companies enlisted
  • Our report on every their report, so we pre-formating all variety of formats into one
  • Our analysts opinion on their reports
  • Monthly digest with summarize of trends and key news
  • Facilitated news, of companies enlisted
  • Quaterly additinal extended reports, like for example DRP (deep products review) or PVS (product values score) etc.
  • Email subscription with all of those
  • Our software "D40 Terminal", with all of those
  • Readiness to get additional survey to the table, warmed up analysts team; on demand
  • Readiness to form forecast, on demand

Our goal is simple,

  • For common user: to show quick dynamics of industry "How the iGaming/Gambling industry feels? Goes up or down?"
  • For professional user: materials to work with retro/fore-casts by themself, and additional brain-power on demand"

What will be your plans to keep improving the platform? Will these be enough for anyone to actually keep using your platform? These are only a few of the questions I am curious about but overall it seems like a good idea. Goodluck on your endeavor!

Oh, I'd love to share all my plans. MVP public release of terminal soon, like i'd love to open it rn, but there is like about 100 bugs in the list to fix, mostly front-end and UX, so hope soon it will be ready. Will it be enought, god, I'd love to know. (esp I'd love to know it like 4 years ago, before starting xD)

Thanks, gl to you to
