Gambling is a place to spend money, although many gamblers consider casinos to be a place to earn money. But in reality, more gamblers lose their money at casinos or gambling sites. So I think all of us here probably have almost the same experience, namely losing a lot of money gambling

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?
I think for sure many people here gave advice that the most important thing we can do is not continue to play and not try to return what we gave to the casino and this is the best advice. Then we need to act consistently and the next stage will be that we need to find new hobbies in life in order to escape from gambling and find ourselves in something new. Of course, it will be difficult for many to do this, but it was very easy for me and I found additional income in areas that interest me. If the player cannot find this, then it makes sense to simply find something that we have always been interested in, but we could not try. Life itself gives us this chance for new discoveries. Sitting and being sad about the fact that we lost money or our entire deposit and doing nothing is the worst thing because in this way we will only go into a long depression and nothing more. I suggest everyone start taking action and be active, and not stop after losses.
Not sure if that is really an practical advise because  we knew that gamblers will keep
coming back no matter what hobby they find outside gambling because the feeling of winning
is unforgettable , what we need to do is learn how to control our behavior and attitude in
gambling so it will come handy when we lose or win to get out of the table.

I quite admit that there are former gamblers who have given up gambling completely and are pursuing other hobbies. I know a few gamblers who are not so often gambling and trading memcoins lately. I don't know what are the chances to multiply their capital in this way, but in my opinion this sphere of cryptocurrencies is very much like gambling, because you either lose the invested money or earn, and very well, if you are lucky enough to invest in a promising project. And the emotional background in these two spheres is very similar.

Note: this is not a recommendation for action. Always assess the risks of a particular activity for yourself.
