I have also tested "instant" withdraw with the account address, but the BTC transaction is never made and the (thankfully small) remaining funds hang in limbo.
I also have a friend trying to withdraw to his account address and with 2FA enabled via the "slow" withdrawal, but no transaction has been made yet after around ~8 hours.
The withdrawal system is busted.

All is good! It went through with delay, but it finally did!
I would also like to state that my transaction finally went through! Faith ~restored!
As soon as it became visible, they started the process of solving this problem. I see though delaying but all withdrawal requests are being accepted now. It is hoped that all the problems will be solved very soon.
