Thank you for replying=). This is def a step in the right direction. It appears from what you posted it was an email backup? Ill be honest, if its that easy to cause all of this, thats not reassuring. If you want me and ill bet some others to trust you again, you def need to have support reply to us much sooner. I still have never had even one reply from any email ive ever sent to you.I would also personally need to know you have learned from this and, do whats needed to not have an email backup cause this ever again. I would also like the Fun tokens i have locked to be unlocked so i can cash them out. I want to be completely free from freebitco.in for a while, then i will decide if i want to trust again. This is what i personally need to even consider depositing again. There are also other accusations of freebitco.in not being sustainable in the current btc climate. Idk if thats true, but those accusations and others about lottery cheating are floating around out there. I understand that these are only rumors and ill need to do research before i believe any of it. You have a lot of damage control to do. This one post wont be enough. Please continue to interact and update us as much as you can.
