maybe that's true, but how could anyone think of buying an account with a negative tag and hoping to join the campaign?I also saw that the @umar22pk account also sent 4 Merits to its other account. Coincidentally the usernames are quite identical.

It's not just the usernames of the two accounts are identical and there happen to be Merit transactions from both accounts. but they are also connected to blockchain transactions from addresses used for bounty campaigns.
