If you know that price will rise again then you can  buy now because investing in cryptocurrency, it is good to buy the dip and hodle till the next bull market. And the 0.000001 for Pepe coin is very low and if anyone is investing in it then this is the best time to invest. And if the coin is still in Binance and it has not delisted then there is still hope that the coin will rise again. I am not a beneficiary of Pepe coin and I don't know the all time high of the coin before it decreased to this amount or figure again but I believed that the first investors of the project would have made good profit of the project.

And the way pepe coin is in the crypto community it will not die down again but struggle to survive.
