Mark my word Chelsea would regret this decision shortly because this is not a way to do with such a class manager who jelled up the team and team played with a good fighting spirit. Lets hope for the best for a new manager who joins Chelsea soon.

Even though Mauricio Pochettino has given his best in his first season as Chelsea coach, it is a shame for Chelsea management's decision to replace Mauricio Pochettino, even though if he is retained, it is very likely that Mauricio Pochettino can make Chelsea much better next season.
In my view, Chelsea is not a team that has patience and Chelsea is a team that cannot respect the process. Because anyway, if Chelsea can respect the process and give a second chance, then surely Pochettino can still do his best for his second season later. You have speak all about Chelsea because they lack all what you mentioned, sacking coach is never a serious issue to them, once they are not certified they immediately sack or fire, it's with Chelsea i hear all this frequently, Pochettino really admit that he will be sack even before that very day, but if am to make the final saying on the Pochettino to leaving the club i will like to give him second Chance even though we have formal agreement before now, because my own aims is to see the club progressing which has started towards the end of season, i believe Pochettino has found the worries of the team which he started correcting it and we all see that the team is gradually improving, if given second chance they will compete for the title race next season, i feel new coach will take time to study the players before he can master them, i really pity the new coach because he will be trying hard to meet the require standards and it will take him time.
