Actually Xavi is not a bad coach and even I think he is quite comparable to Hansi Flick even though he does not have many trophies like Hansi Flick has had so far and of course it is quite natural because Xavi has been a coach not for long, the arrival of Hansi Flick will certainly change Barcelona's scheme and style of play later because indeed Xavi and Hansi Flick have different styles of play so far,  At the moment the fans of course hope that Hansi Flick can give Barcelona glory back and I think that is also what the fans expect to Xavi so far, Xavi at the beginning of his arrival was also able to give the championship trophy to Barcelona even though Barcelona was in a financial crisis.
