Let me work you through this step I am using to be a professional trader
1. Learning on YouTube and other PDF resources online
2. Attending conferences and watching trading podcast
3. Find a mentor, whether offline or online. You may not be close to this person but always study his trade
4. Practice always and maintain consistency
All these steps are very important for anyone who wants to learn about trading, I just found out that the reasons why people fall to wrong people or wrong idea about trading is depending too much on people that sees theirselves as experts and sometimes when they are teaching you how to trade they use some complex terms that are difficult to understand and when you try to know about those terms they will tell you to be calm that you will soon get to that stage and they will end up confusing because they don't want you to know what they know which is a very bad mentality.
Another thing is laziness that is what causes some people to fall into wrong hands while trying to learn about trading because we are in a computer age now where you can get almost every help you needed online so the steps you mentioned above will help a beginner become a professional by themselves, however it is also ideal to sort physical help from people who are into trading to know if their own ideas can align with what you lerant online then you can make comparison to know the right way to follow though trading is risky but it is important to know the dynamics of trading before you start to trade.
