$10k is something significant and not something that could be ignored. Majority of people specially on 3rd world countries on which this amount is something that could do a lot of things.
Yes, I highly agree that $10k is a good amount to have for anyone, especially for those people who live in developing countries. But, those who live in developed countries also know that how useful $10k would be for someone who's homeless or who's facing huge financial issues. I believe the one who took action against that gambling platform took right decision and anyone else would also do that in similar situation.
