Regarding your statement that many people need tutorials about Testnet and Airdrops, I do not think this forum is the right place, because Testnet and Airdrops are full of scams and the forum does not encourage them at all.

The Testnet is mainly for experimental and educational purposes but unfortunately some scammers use  Testnet coins to scam and defraud beginners.

In addition, as most members mentioned above, there are already a lot of sections and topics present in the Altcoin section, you can search and find some of them.
