If you look at things realistically, then there is only one competitor - Arsenal, the rest are dark horses that can unexpectedly win, but now they all look worse than the Arsenal - City pair. Just look at the bookmaker's quotes:
City - 1.91
Arsenal - 3.25
Liverpool - 9.0
Chelsea - 21.0
These are actually different leagues.
