Yes, Osimhen seems to be lost this season. He is no longer sought after by big clubs. I don't appreciate his talent. Perhaps you are right when you say that a coach is someone who influences an individual and the team as a whole. I don't know what Antonio Conte will do to help Napoli club return to its peak. Can Antonio Conte do it or will owner Aurelio de Laurentiis continue to fire him?

As for Osimhen, the Napoli striker has made up his mind to leave, but the club's owners are determined to collect the largest amount of money possible if forced to sell him. This deal will probably only have a chance to progress if Conte is appointed head coach of Napoli. The Italian coach likes Lukaku and if they get Lukakku, owner Aurelio de Laurentiis will agree to sell Osimhen to PSG or Chelsea.
In terms of experience, Conte has proven his quality when he was still manager of Juventus and Inter, which means that his abilities no longer need to be doubted. However, the conditions and challenges that Conte will face with Napoli in the future will certainly be very different, even though most of Napoli lineup is still filled with players inherited from Spalletti. Conte still needs time to adapt and correct the shortcomings in the Napoli squad. We'll see if Conte appointment will materialize

If Napoli releases Osimhen in this transfer window, they can use the money to recruit new players, who have qualities close to Osimhen. The barter option with Chelsea might work if Conte wants Lukaku, of course Chelsea will have to pay an additional amount of money. Meanwhile, it looks like Roma will also try to make Lukaku permanent from Chelsea, but I think that will be difficult to make happen.

Aurelio De Laurentiis will definitely not let Osimhen go cheaply, even though Osimhen performance this season has declined slightly. PSG is reportedly also very interested in recruiting Osimhen as Mbappe replacement next season, for Chelsea or PSG Osimhen release clause is not a big problem for them. Staying at Napoli is not a good option, and I hope Osimhen joins one of the Premier League clubs.
