I disagree. You can still do dca method even if you do not have that huge amount of income. The idea that you cannot invest unless you are wealthy is just wrong.
If you know how to manage your finances well and you are able to save some of your income to direct to great investments then surely it is possible. If you manage to invest even in small increments but regularly then you can see some profit already after quite some time. Though of yourself you have to be careful with your money.
I totally agree with you, Rome was not built in a day, we have to start things little by little, if we are waiting to start big, we can't really make it or be able to manage our finances when it becomes little, and that is what is really most investors now, some people are not into crypto because of what they are hearing, like you can't start with a little capital because you wont profit big or none at all, and that will make them to keep looking for more money, instead to give it a try with that little money and hope it turn out well, that is why it's always advisable to always seek opinions or suggestions from people that are already in this system and not people who barely knows how it's works, also by doing research to know the basic knowledge and understanding, so that one can't be a victim of any circumstances.
