Telling other people that we regularly save does not necessarily mean that other people will have an interest in saving, because saving will really depend on the income they have and if they have an income that is only enough for their needs then it is very difficult for them to think about saving.
By saving we will certainly be able to prepare for a better future and for the emergency needs we need, because without savings for emergency needs it will certainly be very difficult to meet these needs when we need them.
Educating financial matters to colleagues is also very important as long as we know the limits in explaining them, meaning that we should not interfere excessively with other people's financial problems. The principle of saving is quite good for maintaining financial foundations, but not everyone will be able to do the same because of different sources of income and expenses. However, saving is also part of our character and how we see the future by compiling a directed life road map.
There's certainly nothing wrong with fellow workers in providing education in financial matters because we all do work to be able to earn income for our needs and if there's any left over we can save, I agree with what you said in terms of saving, it really depends on income. and also their expenses and it is impossible for them to have savings if the income they have is only enough for their needs.
