Yeah, PSG had a powerful team whether in the attack line or the defence especially in the previous three years, yet they weren't able to obtain UEFA Champions League and they continue to fail to reach the final game.
Luis Enrique already started signing new players and continue persuading others. There is Kvaratskhelia on the list which seems to be close from joining PSG and we all know how good he is with Napoli. There is also rumours about Rodrygo from Real Madrid but it seems that Pep Guardiola wants him in Manchester City too which makes things more complicated for PSG.
PSG's attack line hasn't been that strong over the past year, and I understand why Enrique is now so actively looking for strikers. Besides the fact that he needs to figure out who should replace Mbappe, he also needs to have several good forwards in case one of them is injured, or maybe one of them cannot adapt to the team properly. I see a lot of interest in Rodrigo, but this only increases his price on the transfer market, Real Madrid is already asking €170 million for him, this is an exorbitant price.
At the domestic league level, the squad they have is enough to allow them to dominate the league, but that doesn't apply when they are at a higher level such as the Champions League. They have to have an even better squad to talk about when they are in the Champions League. They always have difficulty when they are in the Champions League, because in the Champions League they get opponents who are equal or even better than them. So it's not enough to make them champions in the Champions League.

Now they have to formulate a new plan for the next season, especially since next season they will no longer be with the player who is their mainstay on the front line, Kylian Mbappe. This is a challenge in itself for them, because they are required to look for players who can fill the existing void and of course that is not an easy thing for them to do. Now let's see what their movements are in the upcoming transfer market.
