I see that changing coaches has become a trend in English Premier League teams at the moment, just look at Chelsea, they have changed coaches several times in the last few years, even though initially Chelsea management said they had a long-term project with Pochettino, currently the team is quite stable with just one coach, Arsenal and Man City, they have a big chance of staying in the top 3, while teams that like to change coaches will only swallow the bitter pill of being in the middle position.
I was actually surprised to see that Chelsea is on the move to change coach after they did mentioned that pochettino's deal was supposed to be a long term deal, he was even begin to get the team attain a level of stability before he got fired which is something I don't really get to understand because I had taught that the results he was able to achieve this season was going to be enough to getting l them to seeing in the long term with him but they don't look like they are.
Chelsea was beginning to have a defined form and their strength was gradually grow the only needed to improve on their depth and keep refining their strategy to such that can get them more wins than the loss so they will be able to get to the point they are hoping to get to soonest, pochettino is the only coach that I was seeing that time factor was important in his Career to getting Chelsea back to their glory days but with ten hag and Manchester united it was totally different time wasn't what he needed but leaving and not staying back claiming he needed time.
Getting another coach who's going to start again to building on all of that while which pochettino has done for the team all this years is such that I don't know how long it will take the team again to really get back on their feet and be in the form that they will be able to quickly get back to been able to attain that relevance again in the English League. The management is aware of how much it can affect the team but then I think they know what is it they want for the team.
