Just an update, haven't received any emails for links in almost 24 hours, despite having requested almost every hour. Of course daily ad emails seem to come in perfectly every day. I will be optimistic and say hopefully this means they are actively working on the user requested email side. Would be nice to see a banner on the site warning users of delays in links.
I doubt if they will do the warning banner about the email delay on the website because it will cause panic even to user that is not affected. The support is already working on it so it’s better to just wait for them since they are already acknowledging the problem.
