It's very true that when a particular team keeps winning the the league title consistently, they eventually get to make the league gradually feel boring to fans and others who are interested in the league so I agree with you that the premier league may get boring if they continually get to have Manchester city winning the league title too often just like PSG has done and the Ligue 1 has eventually become some how boring.
Arsenals chances of winning the league title are still very much in place as they are still in a good form that can get them to been able to win the league title if only they get to improve in the coming season and make sure to maintain a good form with some kind of consistency and knowing when to stay consistent enough to win till the point they win the league title just like it was this season that a single game they missed caused them the league title because as at then they didn't understand to the point that that game has got a whole lot to impact on their performance in the league title this season.
I wish Arsenal or even another team who gets serious probably Liverpool gets to win the league title by the end of this new season but then there are fears that Liverpool may not be in their best form because they had their coach changed and aswell having to cope with a new coach that will be brought to them in the coming season is such that they aren't sure how well it's going to really go with them because they will have to take some time to getting used to the terms and tactics of the new coach
