Well said. Taking a break after a loss is one of the best decision made by any gambler which gives him time to refresh again and not bound by losses. I believe that every gambler have a risk tolerance level, of which losses that the gambler is willing to incur is limited, and there is room to quit, understanding the fact that there is always another day. Provided the gambler is still acting within his level in line with the money allocated for gambling that day, I don't see it as a bad idea for him to keep gambling till exhaustion.
In essence aligning with our set rules, risk tolerance level,  moderation and discipline will always shade us from undesirable situations in gambling.

Imo having a break after losses just the best idea , because as a human whenever we are making losses we will began to lose our composure, and our emotions will gradually start to overwhelm us . And  doing such moment the chances of making more losses is pretty high because, the gambler will no longer be thinking straight again he or she will start taking reckless risk inorder to hit the jackpot and get back what they have loss.
On the moment that you would really be losing then you would really be on such condition that you would really be having that kind of mindset that you should really be playing more for you to be able to recover those loses on which this is really that a very wrong mindset to have. At the moment that you do find yourself on such condition then moderation or control would really be that hard.
This is why gamblers do really loses up even more money just because they do lose control and this is something that you should really be needing up to consider because if you do find yourself that being too impulsive and aggressive in gambling then sooner or later you would be finding yourself that sleeping on the streets. Is this something that you would like to happen? For sure you wont.
