I think this kind of thing is normal because it is impossible for altcoin prices to rise simultaneously and basically the halving effect is on bitcoin, not altcoins. You can see that even though some time ago the price of Bitcoin rose drastically, not all large altcoin prices rose drastically. What I remember is that the price of ETH rose first, followed by SOL, SHIB, DOGE, and TON. This means that the increase in altcoin prices is not simultaneous, there may be some altcoin prices that have not yet increased, but it is possible that in the next few days the price will increase drastically.
All altcoins that have increased in value as Bitcoin has increased in value will be decreased in value if Bitcoin has decreased in value. Ethereum, Sol, BNB performed relatively better. SHIB, DOGE and TON prices increased but not as much as we expected. The old established meme coins are not increasing in value but currently several new meme coins are creating hype in the Bitcoin price increase but how long the price increase can be sustained is not sure. I don't think altcoins will boom anytime soon, though hopefully by the end of the year.
