I think Chslea can't change the team over and over by spending too much money all the time and hoping to get better results with the new coach they choose. The fact about Chelsea is they need more stability in their team and even Pochettino was not a bad coach and he helped Chelsea to have a younger and better team.
Maybe Pochettino could even help Chelsea to have better results in the next season if they kept him in the team.
