You said Bitcoin is freedom, but you're forcing people to not sell their coins, so where's the freedom lol.
Freedom is free, it's up to you and you can do anything with your coins, instead of do based on other people wants.
I really doubt fiat would be gone completely, it's impossible.

Probably if @OP got sick and he don't have any money left except Bitcoin, he probably choose to not cure his disease and see what will happen to his life, rather than sell some of his coins.
