"Instant" withdrawal not paid, pending over 24 hours.
Support requests through the support form was not answered, the issue was not resolved.
Been using them for years, this is the first time there was a problem with withdrawal or support.

When did you deposit and when did you request a withdrawal?
It says in the post - requested over 24 hours ago. Should have been automatic in 15 minutes, as usual, same withdrawal address as always.
I haven't deposited in months, last October or something.
I have now made another deposit and received 1 confirmation for the trial, but it has not been reflected in my account yet, I am waiting.
And then I will create a withdrawal request again and see what happens.
I will update the topic accordingly.

It took 3 confirmations, I'm still waiting for the money to be transferred to the system.
Too many problems recently for my liking. 2FA emails arrived expired, now withdrawal issues. Not looking good to me to deposit ever again, but it's everyone's decision.
