Xavi Alonso Vs Vincent Kompany, the 2 young coaches

While I was still wondering why Bayern Munich had to hire Vincent company who was not able to manage Burnley FC to stay in the English Premier League, I also had to imagine the positive aspect of the signing. We all understood how Xavi Alonso and his boys took Bayern Munich unaware and rip them of their birth rite (The German Bundesliga). Xavi Alonso having rejected many offers including from Bayern Munich, decided to stay in Leverkusen. Now that a young manager is incharge of Bayern Munich, I think it will be a very huge challenge between both of them and the contest will inturn make Bundesliga more interesting.

Vincent Kompany who failed to manage Burnley to stay in the Premier League has been appointed as the new manager of Bayern Munich. To be honest, everyone was surprised to see Bayern Munich that will challenge Leverkusen and also play in the next Champions League signed a manager who was unable to manage a weak club like Burnley, how possible is he going to manage a top club like Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga title next season? Although Vincent Kompany was able to manage Burnley when they were playing in the Championship, they performed very well and won the League. But the Premier League is not an easy league to maintain a club, I believe that is why a lot of managers refuse to manage any Premier League clubs.

Since Xabi Alonso did a great job at Bayer Leverkusen this season, Bayern Munich management may believe that the young manager will be the best to manage the club next season to compete with Xabi Alonso. I can't wait to see how both managers will battle for the title next season.

I'll admit that Xabi Alonso has done well for Leverkusen. But Vincent Kompany can do something. Kompany may not have Alonso's trophy cabinet, but he might know what to do. He won many Premier League titles as Manchester City captain. He's facing a huge challenge at Bayern, but Kompany loves it. Bayern needed a makeover. They were getting stale, predictable. Bayern may need Kompany's underdog mindset and drive to ignite their asses. I'm excited to watch Kompany's work. This may transform Bayern and the Bundesliga

Vincent Kompany has indeed gained great experience in the past but it is not a guarantee that he can make a difference to Bayern Munich, while Alonso is more able to provide a guarantee of being able to win the Bundesliga title again because Vincent Kompany is also his first time managing the Bayern Munich club, whereas it takes a little time to adapt and be able to brought changes to Bayern Munich's performance.
It looks like next season Bayern Munich will have to accept bad luck again or maybe worse, lose the Bundesliga title again.

No one is doubting the credibility of Vincent Kompany as a good manager but you can not compare the Burnley team that he managed to a big club like Bayern Munich, yes he has got some good experience as a player and as a manager but I just hope he doesn't end up like Frank Lampard when he was appointed as the manager of Chelsea. Kompany is a young manager I believe his age and the experience that the Munich management saw in him was the main reason why he was chosen as the manager when there are other experienced managers that are available for the job. Personally, I don't see the Bayern Munich team having a bad season next season this is because as we speak he has already studied the weakness of the team watching them from outside and making him the head coach now he will likely wat h with the players to get a better performance which is what the team is lacking so far so let's give him one season and watch if the game play of Bayern Munich will get better of they will need to get another manager before the end of the season.
