The fans are not happy regarding the decision of the club's owner, Todd Boehly. He dismissed Mauricio Pochettino without concrete reasoning and will do best to deliver. Chelsea will become one of the top club next season, atleast they will be competing for top goals and accumulating significant points. Enzo Maresca is the man for the job. He's one of the top manager that will elevate the performance of the job, he just needs to be stable and confident for the job.
The dismissal of pochettino has not been backed by any solid reasons yet but they keep saying that he's not got a winning mentality of which I don't know how well they would have wanted him proving that to them because he was literally doing his best and the team was gradually becoming productive than they had been earlier so it feels really strange even to me that they needed a different mentality from that which was been productive already.
Chelsea may have to suffer some kind of set back again in the coming Season due to this their change of coach issues which isn't looking like one that's of help to the team because they aren't going to be able to even cope before the middle of the season considering how long it took pochenttino to be able to get the team to the point where they are now such that they were able to finish above a few team they was above them especially Manchester united who has been their closest point for comparison, so they have to me been a team that was on a good improvement track.
Let's hope they get a good Coach who probably gets to help them get better results than they did git with pochettino because Chelsea having going through different stages of transfer of ownership and aswell having new management at the helm of affairs aswell as the consistent changing of coach, all This put together is definitely going to have an effect in the players a d most definitely their performance aswell.
