The fact that they're still in DT suggest that majority of the DTs doesn't share your sentiment. If they deemed that PP abused his DT power, they'll promptly intervening by excluding him, which will lead him to losing his DT power. Certainly you don't expect someone to act on something what they don't hold as true?
