Although it was a long wait, but it is good to know that the team is actually working behind the scene to remedy the situation. It could be possible that the reduced complaints we have now seen may actually be that people and getting their issues solved without coming to testify here, that is normal though. I can't wait to see everything resolved and the platform running smoothly like before. We need more communications from the team members or their representatives here even though I know they might be busy with the backlogs.
