The majority of the meme coins are just hyped. If you are willing to gamble on this, then go for it. After all, it looks like you are willing to lose the capital you will allocate to meme coins. But with the title you made op, I still don't believe that we are in altcoins season. If within 90 days you see all altcoins are green in the market while Bitcoin is not, rather it is still in correction, you can tell if it is in it's altcoin season, but if the market for altcoins turns green in less than 3 months, the answer is not always. This is all I know.
