his case is not about this, if you read the thread he created on stake.com forum and read the screenshot the OP shared of the conversation he had with their support, you'll see that the support was saying that the $36 payment was the correct one. if he didn't fight more for his case and gave up he would most likely only get the $36 they initially paid him.
I didn’t say that he shouldn’t fight for his case more and do everything to reach Stake support, what I meant is there are some people who would start accusing the casino for scamming him and spam bad messages everywhere. In this case it was only a misunderstanding from the casino team and what the OP did is correct as I said in my post because he didn’t start accusing the casino for scam neither he started spamming all Stake threads like some people does here.
I like our community here, whenever we have similar cases, everyone step up for help and notify the team and representatives to get a quick answer and resolve the issue, and I’m talking about casinos that have thread and signature campaigns in this forum.
Probably my first post wasn’t clear enough, so thank you for your mention, I could explain my point better now.
The most frustrating thing was that support team didn’t actually know how the total winnings appearing on feature within the game (and they was 100% sure that they paid the correct amount ) while told them millions of times that the amount they credited is not correct !

I was ready to ask also for psychological compensation (the whole situation was really crazy )
