I am going to say that I brought my average up to 200 pushups per day for today, yet tentatively, I am now planning to allow my average drop down to around 150 per day, and so it could take more than a month to achieve that, but I am going to take some pressure off of myself, because it is just too much for me to be trying to keep my 200 pushups average.
My plan is to try to do between 100 and 150 pushups, and so I am not going to get stressed out as long as my pushups are somewhere in that range.. and maybe, I will just see how it goes in the coming weeks as far as the next target.
You are absolutely right because mataining 200 push ups challenge every day is really a though one, because sometimes after doing 200 push ups you we noticed that your body will be very weak just like me I was doing 150 push ups a day but I noticed that after doing the push ups I always fell stressed out when I don with the 150 push ups. However, just this morning I decided to reduce it to 100 push ups a day and I did it in two sets 50 push ups in the morning and 50 in the evening and it was pretty good for me.

It is important to notice the numbers of push-up your body can be able to carry in a day in order to prevent having muscles injuries that may deprive you not to continue doing your push-up exercise or other exercises for I don't think there is any trophy that will be given to the highest per day or per reps for it is most important and we should be strong and safe during and after the period of time that it may take for Bitcoin to reach our goal which is $100k which we are expecting to see anytime soon.
