I think Alisson is still a really valuable goalkeeper for Liverpool. But he decides to leave to make much more money there then Liverpool has nothing to do. 
In case he leaves I'm curious about who his alternative will be. Kelleher is a really great backup for Alisson. However I don't think he should be their main goalkeeper from now on.
Alison has been in Liverpool since 2018 with an active contract set to expire by 2027, he should know that by that time he will be 34 years old and I'm not sure if there is going to be a serious team that will want to have him. It's either Liverpool let him go and continue his career and use Kelleher since he is young, he would probably bring nothing by then, it's better they sell him while it's still hot and opportunity to buy new players since they are going to have a new coach.
I don't think Osimhen has been a major problem, it's Napoli that's the issue here. It's obvious he want to leave the team in search for a better place but there seems to be some sort of disagreement with the club. He made a mistake for making a long term extension when he would have just signed one year or 2 years with an option to leave when without any condition attach but I guess the first season celebration overcrowded his sense of judgement.
