I am 100% certain that Unai Emery is miles and miles better than Erik Tan Hag without a doubt, the comparison isn't even close in my mind, I think it's quite clear that Villa being higher up than United by that much margin proves that Unia Emery is an elite level manager.

I hear that United is interested in Tuchel, which wouldn't be that bad, I do not think that Tuchel would be able to turn this team around that easily, I think it is going to take some time, but I feel like it is not going to be that impossible neither. We will see them do better I think, well usually new managers at United do very well on their first season, and do very badly on their second season, which I think will be the case for United and if they hire Tuchel as well, great first year, terrible second year.

I don't think, coach is the challenge of Manchester united, because Erik Ten Hag really performed well in my own observation in this premier league competition that just ended few weeks ago, and if more chance can be giving to Erik Ten Hag in the next season, I think he will try more than this next season. I disagree with you by saying Aston villa coach is more talented or better than Manchester united coach,  I believe you can still remember the position of Manchester united and Aston villa last two seasons that made Manchester united to ended up in a fourth position and Aston Villa ended up 7th or 10th position. I know Thomas Tuchel is an experience coach that know how to improve a team and I believe he will do well if Manchester united Management want to change Erik Ten Hag, because Thomas Tuchel helped Bayern Munich to get to semi final in the champion league competition in this season.
In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag deserves to be kept for at least one more season because he has shown good performance with Manchester United this season by winning the FA Cup despite many players being injured. Therefore, giving him more time and opportunity to develop with Manchester United seems to be a more sensible decision to improve Manchester United performance.

Yea, I know that most Manchester united fan will disagree on this but I I believe that the best decision that will be taken on the future of Eric ten hang is for him to stay one more season, because even though they haven't had the best of season, he still manage to win a silver wear, just as last season, so I believe that he is a proven winner, so Manchester united needs a proven winner in charge of the team, to stand a chance of returning back to their glory days, so I think he should be given one more season to deliver or be shown the exit door if he fail to perform.

Lastly, it's actually true that he was backed by the owners in the transfer market last summer no doubt, but I still think that he needs to be backed more this time around, so that their wouldn't be any excuses if he fail to deliver the desired result, this time around.
Erik Ten Hag is currently being given the opportunity for 1 more season but the fans and most of the Premier League viewers do not agree with this decision, while the decision that has been made by Man Utd is a very wise decision to try to give ETH the opportunity to correct the bad things they have done. had happened through his own fault.
Yes, I agree that he is currently still given the opportunity, but it requires a lot of encouragement from the players who will be able to build chemistry with him and on the other hand, ETH must improve every line that is a little unproductive, such as the defense line which is currently known for its poor defense.

ETH needs a lot of new players to improve the attack line but the problem is, will Man Utd allow them to spend more money to recruit new players?
Erik Ten Hag must try to find other alternatives such as Onana who must have a second goalkeeper to see whether Onana has better talent or if it is better to use a new goalkeeper, and this must all be done slowly to improve Man Utd's performance in the coming season .
