On the SmartArena platform, you can organize battles between players. Each participant places a certain amount of crypto (TON or USDT) into the room's bank (in the smart contract). Rooms can accommodate from 2 to 10 players, and each player has an equal chance of winning - 50%! When the maximum number of participants (from 2 to 10) enters the room, the smart contract will choose the winner and transfer the winnings (the room's bank) to their wallet!
I have several questions.
1.What battles are you talking about? The smart contract simply chooses the winner among 10 people. Isn't this basically a lottery?
I don't see any real game here. It's just a lottery.
2.You say that the chance of winning is 50%. How can the chance be 50%, since only one player in a room of 10 can win? Am I missing something?
3.Can't this system be manipulated by someone, who creates a room for 10 players, creates several accounts(via different IPs) and uses several crypto wallets to join the same room and increase his own chance of winning?
4.How many active players does your platform have right now? What if the room doesn't gather enough players? Will the crypto be refunded to the guy, who created the room?
1. Yes, that's correct. As soon as the maximum number of players (from 2 to 10) join the room, the smart contract will select a winner and send the room's pot to their wallet. This is more of a raffle among players, where fairness is ensured by the smart contract. Unlike lotteries, which are usually centralized and whose fairness and RNG (Random Number Generator) cannot be verified, our platform is built on blockchain technology, which is based on transparency and openness.
2. We claim that all players have equal chances of winning since all players place the same bets. In a battle between two players, each has a 50% chance of winning.
3. Yes, this is possible and not prohibited, as it is almost impossible to control. Users themselves decide which room to join. Play one-on-one and you will have equal chances, or choose the "private battle" option when creating it. The battle will be displayed on the site in the general list and will be accessible only via a unique link, allowing you to play only with those you trust (for example, with your group of friends).
4. Of course, the battle can be canceled at any time, and the smart contract will return the cryptocurrency to the room's creator. We have very few active players since we recently launched. Our team is very small; we are crypto enthusiasts aiming to create a fair and transparent raffle system and gradually earn users' trust over time.
