A new chapter in Barcelona journey will soon begin after appointing Hansi Flick as the new coach to replace Xavi Hernandez. I don't know whether Barcelona has made a big mistake after sacking Xavi or whether it is actually profitable, But if you look at his recent performance, it can't be said that Xavi has failed in managing Barcelona.
Hansi Flick has asked Laporta to bring in several reliable players, but due to Barcelona declining finances, Laporta has to sell several players to get money to bring in new players. He has good qualities as a coach, he also has big missions and ambitions with Barcelona. We never know what Barcelona will be like under his control, let's hope things go as expected.
Somehow I feel.its just to early already making this kind of speculations because I know that xavi did his best at Barcelona and even the board didn't see it that it was bad, except for the media mistake he made upon which he got sacked, xavi has been of Great importance to the growth of Barcelona as a team and would have continued to be if not that he got sacked at some at this point.
As a Coach seeing your team win is the primary goal because that in turn means him succeeding aswell as a coach, so I'm sure even if Flick isn't a very experienced coach he will try his Best to produce results with Barcelona nd one thing I have always tried to do with new coaches when they arrive a new team ,is to not keep my expectations high because there's a whole lot to consider which could go wright or wrong, Barcelona hasn't been in their best shape and it's known by almost everyone who ahs been following up with the tem in a while now, but in the erra of xavi, he was able to still make sure to the team stay productive as much as possible.
If it were possible, giving xavi some ore time would have been the best bet for Barcelona but then for reasons best to them they had to let go of him and bring in flick, I hope Barcelona will be able to provide him with all that he's going to need to deliver this job optimally and him aswell been able to cope with the condition at Barcelona too aswell because he should be aware of the economic situation of the team.
